A non-fiction essay about the history of a minor mansion that I lived in during my twenties was published in the magazine of the Brunswick Community History Group.

The article features the family of herbalists who built the house in the 1890s, and is the first in a series of stories tracing the surprising dramas that took place in the house in the decades before I lived there.
