I created a series of bookmarks that were distributed through the Child and Maternal Health Service, as part of my Artists Residence for my local council, Moreland City Council, during the Melbourne Covid-19 lockdown. These bookmarks were designed as a gift and momento for mothers of new babies born during the pandemic.
The bookmarks feature historic photos of mothers and babies from around 100 years ago, who went through the Spanish Flu pandemic, and a short poem: the sun moves/small changes/pull us through/our turn in time.
