These images are from the exhibition Box Book and Glove, a two person show with printmaker Jazmina Cininas, at the First Site gallery in Melbourne, in 1994. The screenprinted white cotton gloves play on the museological tradition of museum object handling. White cotton gloves are usually associated with cleanliness and a scientific approach to caring for valuable objects; here the gloves project the fallibility and personal qualities of the wearer.
